Main Image.

I like to think of myself as a puppet master. I like to make things work from behind the scenes. I have never sought out fame although it seems to find me! Maybe I will expand on this and my attitude towards fame in a future post.

I like programming; you can create things and they take on a life of their own through their own brands. I would like to do the same thing in the arts world. If I craved attention, I would just do comedy on stage. That would be easy. I am more interested in creating the content itself.

I have several pieces of software for the arts industry such as building navigation software for arts and culture venues and event listing software. While this functions in my plan, I am also keen to create art itself. Of course, this is reserved for things that I am passionate about.

For many years I have wanted to create TV shows. I have fantasised about creating legal comedy dramas (similar to Boston Legal) and various sitcoms that are usually focused around a person with a disability and who can talk. I believe that a skilled TV writer should be able to write for most shows and not be terribly fussy about the characters that they write.

It would be a very bad idea to restrict myself to works involving disability. I would like to create my own shows eventually. Producers of existing shows should contact me. While I like acting in the very few opportunities I have done it, my interest is firmly on the writing.

I also want to create music - specifically Trance but I am happy to try Dubstep, Techno and House. I am undecided if I want to be a DJ. I think just producing a band and going to shows when I want to would be best, I could skip the smaller populated areas and fit in other work

Maybe this is a pipe dream but I may as well try; even if I don't end up going to shows. I have purchased music creation software and I am progressively learning it. I guess if you want to work with an amateur but keen composer, get in touch.

I will probably be around the arts industry, even if I am not the face of what I create.
